Bookings are only confirmed once 100% of fees have been paid.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made over 7 days prior to stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to stay will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to stay will receive no refund.

No-shows will receive no refund.

 

We request that all cancellations are made in writing.

 

Communication

We aim to respond within 24 hours to enquiries. Please note we cannot respond to calls, emails or text messages outside of business hours (Mon-Sat 9am-6pm).

 

Drop-Off Times

Between 8am-8.30am 

 

Collection Time

Between 8am-8.30am. Other times by arrangement only.

Collection after 8.30am incurs an additional day rate of €20.

 

Vaccinations

Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be provided before drop-off.

Kennel Cough vaccination is mandatory.

 

Other

We do not take dogs that have not been neutered or spayed.

 

While all due reasonable care is taken of your dog while at Carney Dog Boarding, you are responsible for any vet fees or bills resulting from damage by your dog. These fees will be payable by you to the vet.

 

Carney Dog Boarding shall not be held responsible for dogs that bite. Any expenses (medical or otherwise) associated with such an occurrence are strictly the responsibility of the client.

 

If you permit your dog to be let off the lead, Carney Dog Boarding requires that you accept full responsibility if your dog runs away or gets lost.

 

In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to contact the client and/or emergency contact.
